みる for sleeping dreams.
ゆうべこわいゆめをみました。I had a scary dream last night.

もっている or ある for your visions.
ゆめをもっています/ゆめがあります。I have a dream.
あなたのしょうらいのゆめはなんですか。What is your future dream?
